[Remote] Spring Intern, AI Researcher

The AI Researcher Intern will conduct structured research across the company's product and service portfolio to support future sales, marketing, and operational initiatives. Responsibilities • Research and document WorldTech IT’s product and service portfolio in structured, reusable formats • Compile vendor-specific research across platforms such as F5 and Palo Alto Networks, including capabilities, pricing approaches, and competitive positioning • Build and maintain a customer use case library that captures technical details and business outcomes • Structure research outputs for AI model ingestion using consistent schema, tagging, and categorization • Monitor industry trends, competitor announcements, and emerging technologies relevant to WorldTech IT’s business • Deliver regular research briefs to marketing and sales leadership • Collaborate with sales engineers and account managers to capture internal knowledge and context • Test and validate AI model outputs against compiled research for accuracy and consistency Skills • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information • Excellent writing skills and the ability to document findings clearly and consistently • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, prompt engineering, or knowledge management systems • Ability to work independently on long-form research projects with strong attention to detail • Curiosity about enterprise technology, vendor ecosystems, and competitive intelligence • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments • Experience with structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, or databases Company Overview • WorldTech IT, is a leading Professional Services & Sales Company around F5 Solutions.
