Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their sports travel needs and preferences
• Research and recommend accommodations, flights, transportation, and ticket packages
• Coordinate all trip logistics, including lodging, event tickets, and excursions
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
• Provide timely updates and support to travelers before and during their trip
Requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings
• Basic computer skills (email, online booking systems, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Customer service experience preferred; interest in sports and travel is a plus
