In this role, you will lead motivational programming, conduct one-on-one coaching, and oversee athletic training sessions to instill essential life skills and performance outcomes. Responsibilities • Delivering daily morning sessions designed to motivate and prepare student-athletes for the day • Conducting one-on-one motivational coaching focused on academic achievement and personal development • Leading life skills workshops that incorporate storytelling, self-reflection, and hands-on mentorship • Overseeing afternoon athletic training sessions that instill grit, collaboration, and responsibility • Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for mindset and performance outcomes Skills • Former elite-level competitors with achievements at the highest tier of sport — including Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Documented experience applying sport as a vehicle for mentorship and life skills development • Track record of motivational leadership within athletic, academic, or professional contexts • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship • Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX Benefits • Full benefits • Relocation support Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
