The role involves facilitating motivational programming and mentoring student-athletes to develop life skills through sports. Responsibilities • Conducting daily morning sessions that inspire and prepare student-athletes for the day • Delivering 1:1 motivational coaching tied to personal development and academic achievement • Guiding life skill development workshops through reflection, storytelling, and hands-on coaching methods • Overseeing afternoon training sessions that cultivate accountability, teamwork, and resilience • Monitoring individual student growth and maintaining rigorous expectations for mindset and execution Skills • Former elite athletes with verified accomplishments at the highest tier of competition — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans • Bachelor's degree in any subject • Demonstrated experience applying sport as a vehicle for mentorship and life skill coaching • Proven ability to inspire and lead others in athletic, academic, or professional contexts • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship • Willingness to relocate to or reside in Austin, TX Benefits • Full benefits • Relocation support Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
