Our client is actively searching for a talented and data-driven Remote Sports Analytics and Performance Coordinator. This position is fundamental to our remote-first operational model, enabling you to contribute to athletic success from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data from athletes across various sports disciplines. Your insights will be critical in developing training strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting coaching staff in making informed decisions. Key responsibilities include utilizing advanced statistical methods and software to track athlete metrics, evaluating game and training footage for performance trends, and creating comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings. You will collaborate closely with coaches, trainers, and sports scientists, providing them with actionable intelligence to enhance athlete development and team performance. A strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and sports-specific performance indicators is a must. Proficiency in sports analytics platforms (e.g., Hudl, Sportscode, Catapult), statistical software (R, Python), and database management is highly desirable.
