They are seeking a Primavera P6 EPMM Administrator to manage the Oracle P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management system, focusing on installation, configuration, security, and user support while ensuring data integrity and system availability.ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & Configuration: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Primavera P6 EPPM and associated components (Web Access, Integration APIs, BI Publisher, etc.). Configure global and project-specific settings including calendars, EPS/WBS structures, activity codes, and UDFsPerformance Tuning: Monitor database performance, optimize configurations, and tune for speedSecurity & Access: Manage user access, set permissions, and implement security policiesBackup & Recovery: Develop and execute backup/restore plans, ensuring data recoveryUser Support: Act as the first point of contact for P6 users, providing training, mentoring schedulers, project managers and planners, and troubleshooting. Promote best practices in schedule management and system usageDocumentation: Maintain standards, procedures, and system configurationsCollaboration: Work with IT, developers, and Primavera support for seamless operations. Liaise with Oracle support for escalated issues and patch managementData Management and Integration: Ensure data integrity across projects and portfolios.
