Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Soho Square Solutions is seeking a Specialty & Wellness Marketing Manager to accelerate growth in their focus markets. This role involves managing B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to drive provider engagement and consumer applications.ResponsibilitiesCampaign execution & trafficking: manage multiple campaigns, across multiple channels with various timelines, balance and prioritize deliverables to meet business timelines and goalsChannels are digital first but could include email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mailDevelop calendars and manage campaigns to budgetsA key part of this role is managing administrative tasks such as entering projects into campaign management tools and data entryClient marketing support: execute and traffic client marketing campaigns and deliverables to support B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume, and other objectivesMust be able to communicate and work with clients with limited supervisionMust be comfortable working in a digital environmentEdit marketing pieces and ensure materials are grammatically correctStrong attention to detailProject management: support marketing team in launching and growing strategic initiatives including project timelines, road maps, PowerPoints, and execution of deliverables as neededUphold sense of urgency and accountability in all requestsLead end-to-end execution of multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns to drive: provider/location onboarding and engagement consumer applications, approvals, and purchase volume growth usage and retention through lifecycle motionsExecute targeted account-based/segment-based marketing for priority partner segments and locationsDrive point-of-sale/in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training/enablement materials that make financial conversations easier for front-line teamsBuild and optimize market acquisition and lifecycle communications including email automation and journey mapping (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms) working with cross-functional teamsCreate and manage content to support acquisition and engagement objectives (case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, partner toolkits)Use analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize performance; recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, channel mix, and offers/promotions (where applicable)Track and communicate outcomes against KPIs (e.g., lead volume, conversion, applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, ROI)Influence and coordinate work across internal partners (Sales, Client Management, Lifecycle, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, Creative/Agency) to deliver quality work on timePerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedSkillsWorkfront experience, critical to the roleCampaign execution & trafficking: manage multiple campaigns, across multiple channels with various timelines, balance and prioritize deliverables to meet business timelines and goalsChannels are digital first but could include email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mailDevelop calendars and manage campaigns to budgetsA key part of this role is managing administrative tasks such as entering projects into campaign management tools and data entryClient marketing support: execute and traffic client marketing campaigns and deliverables to support B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume, and other objectivesMust be able to communicate and work with clients with limited supervisionMust be comfortable working in a digital environmentEdit marketing pieces and ensure materials are grammatically correctStrong attention to detailBachelor's Degree or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant marketing experienceMinimum 4+ years experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email/CRM, digital, social, direct mail and/or in-location)Workfront experience required and is a large part of helping execute and traffic marketing campaignsDemonstrated experience in B2B marketing; B2B2C experience strongly preferredHealthcare/wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience (plus)Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (or comparable platforms)Digitally savvy with working knowledge of paid media concepts, landing pages, tagging/measurement, and optimizationStrong project management and prioritization skills; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, matrixed organizationsStrong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence without authorityCompany OverviewSoho Square Solutions expertise in financial services, enterprise risk, information security, project management, big data and blockchain.
