They are seeking a Specialty Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for their Dermatology and Plastic Surgery segments, focusing on translating market insights into revenue outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own specialty segment strategies, segmentation models, and prioritized growth plansCreate specialty-specific messaging frameworks, segment narratives, and value propositions to ensure resonance with provider audiencesDemonstrate the ability to shift from 1-on-1 sales conversations to 1-to-many marketing motions, scaling sales successes into broad, specialty-wide campaignsApply structured thinking to organize ambiguous specialty insights into clear, logical GTM plans that focus on revenue outcomesLead the identification and authoring of high-level thought leadership that addresses the specific "pain points" unique to the specialtyCreate specialty-specific messaging frameworks, segment narratives, and value propositionsBuild and execute specialty-level campaigns designed to generate new pipeline and expand existing accountsPartner with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve specialty selling confidence, pipeline acceleration, and win ratesDevelop specialty-specific customer proof points, case studies, and reference programs to support the buyer journeyTrack and measure specialty campaign performance and revenue impact to continuously refine marketing motionsLead complex communications across Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align on GTM strategySkillsBachelor's degree required4+ years of professional B2B marketing experience within Healthcare Tech, or MedTech, with a proven track record of success in mid-sized to large organizations (preferably $400M+ revenue or PE-backed) where you have managed product or solutions marketing at a national or global scaleDeep familiarity with the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery or the medical specialty HCIT marketStrong understanding of how specialty marketing impacts the 'bottom line,' including experience tracking funnel conversion and segment-specific revenue impactAbility to produce high-quality, specialty-specific content; a writing sample will be required as part of the interview processProven experience building segment, ICP, or specialty-specific GTM strategiesAbility to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority and align multiple business units on a unified specialty narrativeMaster's degree (MBA, MPH, or MS) preferredExperience with CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo) and GTM analytics/intent platforms (6sense)BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, including a company Health Savings Account contribution401(k): ModMed provides a matching contribution each payday of 50% of your contribution deferred on up to 6% of your compensation.
