[Remote] Specialist, Total Rewards Operations Support (benefits)

The Total Rewards Operations Support Administrator will ensure operational excellence across Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition programs while collaborating closely with the Total Rewards team.ResponsibilitiesManages the processing of the invoices for the Total Rewards team and claims payments for designated benefit plans, including resolving vendor invoicing discrepanciesWorks with vendors to resolve invoice processing discrepanciesAssist the Total Rewards Partner with benefit plan audits to ensure accuracy of premium and enrollment dataAssists the retiree and former staff population with general inquiries about their questions regarding retiree medical, life insurance, pension and 401(k) benefitsProcesses life insurance claims on behalf of our active and retiree populationAssists with the administrative tasks related to the annual open enrollment periodResponds to employee inquiries by returning phone calls and managing the benefits inbox and Slack communicationSupports the coordination of information for the annual audits for the retirement plansManages the routine entry of recipient data into the recognition platform and keeps reports for Senior leadership up to date using real time dataEnsures gifts are claimed in a timely mannerAssists with maintaining and updating the gift stores within the recognition platformAdministers and coordinates the annual awards programConducts research to support the improvement of current reward programs and the development of new onesGenerates quarterly reports for the executive team detailing the utilization of all rewardsProvides support in administrating the compensation tool platformSupports the director in completing and managing compensation surveysAssists in the annual merit and promotion process by creating editable worksheets for staff and uploading merit data into the HRMS platformProcesses regular stipends related to compensation componentsWith guidance from the director, regularly audits and updates compensation fields on the HR databaseAlong with internal communications, keep intranet page for Compensation and Recognition up to dateImproves and maintains the Standard Operating Procedure guide for the Total Rewards teamOther duties as assignedSkillsA Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of Total rewards or HR experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skillsAdvanced MS Excel and Power Point skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsA self-starter who is able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, but someone who can also work as part of a teamExperience with HRIS functionalityAbility to maintain confidentialityBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEngaging and comprehensive wellness program401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions after 6 months of employmentFlexible paid time off benefits with up to 22 days of paid annual leave per calendar year (15 days for new hires in their first year, prorated based on the number of pay periods remaining in the year) and 10 days of sick leave12 paid holidays and a paid winter break between December 25 and 31 (May not apply to all roles that are required to work during high volume seasons or essential workers.
