Ā Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurers as applicable.
Ā Review accounts to facilitate patient follow-up related to insurance inquiries.
Ā Investigate and appeal denied claims effectively.
Ā Address inquiries from patients and insurance companies regarding assigned accounts.
Ā Establish patient payment plans and manage accounts related to collections.
Ā Update billing software to reflect necessary rate changes.
