[Remote] Speaker Bureau Compliance Specialist

Woven Health Collective is a healthcare marketing, strategy, and science communications company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare. The Speaker Bureau Compliance Specialist will monitor compliance for speaker bureau programs, provide guidance to internal and client contacts, and assist with program reconciliation and special projects.

Responsibilities
• Review post-program attendee data and documentation and provide direction to client contacts
• Review and oversee venue expenses and documentation
• Verify accuracy of speaker payments and facilitate review and approval
• Oversee speaker reimbursement review and approval process
• Support program reconciliation, review, and transparency reporting
• Serve as trusted compliance advisor for internal staff and client field contacts

Skills
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of compliance experience
• Experience with speaker bureau / speaker programs
• Ability to work on multiple priorities concurrently to meet deadlines
• Organized, exceptional attention to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with various levels of management, staff, and clients internally and externally with an emphasis on stellar client service
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Skilled at critical-thinking and problem-solving
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Knowledge of Speaker Program rules and regulations of the OIG, DOJ, PhRMA Code
• Fully remote, with up to 10% work-related travel
• Option to work in NYC office, if desired
• Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM ET
• May require occasional evening and weekend work
