[Remote] Spanish Speaking Auto Claims Adjuster – PD & Liability

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Freedom Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Adjuster to assist policyholders in navigating the claims process. The role involves investigating and resolving auto claims, making sound judgments on claims exposure, and collaborating with various parties to ensure efficient claims handling.

Responsibilities
• Assess and resolve auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
• Use sound judgment to determine exposure and the best course of action
• Minimize claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive experience for policyholders
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
• Identify and implement ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness
• Clearly record and communicate claims activity for smooth resolution

Skills
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal auto claims processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficient with technology and possesses excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a “street-smart” mindset
• Demonstrated expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
