They are seeking a Bilingual Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements and support sales cycles across Quebec and European territories, ensuring customer success and driving new business growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle across Quebec and European territories, leading customer engagements including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept deployments to drive new business and expansionLead technical discovery to assess prospects’ environments, identify gaps, and define success criteria that guide proposal design and accelerate dealsMaintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace, understanding how evolving AI capabilities support customer objectives, and clearly articulate the resulting business impact to technical and executive stakeholdersEnable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to drive new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motionsCollaborate cross-functionally to support RFP responses, revenue-generating initiatives, and strategic expansion plans for existing accounts by defining additional use cases and value opportunities as a technical expertMaintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, handle technical objections with credibility, and act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling product feedback, feature requests, and technical gaps to your teammatesDevelop technical narratives and demo environments that connect revenue conversations to real-world outcomes, tailored to the regulatory and business contexts of Quebec and European markets, keeping pace with evolving product capabilities and roadmapTravel to meet business requirements, including in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows across Quebec and European markets, with willingness to travel internationally on a regular basisSkillsA strong alignment with our core values (high velocity company experience preferred)Fluently Bilingual (English and French)The successful candidate will currently reside in the vicinity of Montreal or Quebec City (QC)5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent technical pre-sales role, with demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise evaluations independently3+ years managing complex technical engagements or proof-of-concept deployments, including navigating multi-stakeholder buying processesExperience working with or positioning AI-powered products, including the ability to explain model outputs, limitations, and value in a clear, customer-centric wayStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiencesBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experienceAdditional European language proficiency (German, Spanish, Swedish, Polish) is an asset for the European territoryAbility to develop technical documentation and customer-facing assetsCertifications in relevant technologies and fields (e.g., CCSP, CompTIA, CISM, AWS, Azure)BenefitsCompetitive salary rangeEnjoy up to six weeks of paid time off annually, because we value your work-life balanceComprehensive health benefits, including:Life insuranceShort- and long-term disabilityParamedical and telemedicine servicesHealth Spending Account (HSA)Company OverviewQohash finds, tracks, and safeguards the world's most sensitive data.
