The role involves owning technical strategies for complex opportunities and building infrastructure to enable other consultants to execute effectively.ResponsibilitiesServe as the trusted advisor to C-suite executives, contact center directors, and enterprise IT leaders, translating broad operational pain points into actionable digital transformation strategiesAct as a critical feedback loop between the field and internal Product/Engineering teams to directly influence the Avaya Infinity roadmapLead post-deal Win/Loss reviews on strategic opportunities to document lessons learned and inform team playbooksLead the technical narrative for enterprise RFPs/RFIs, consistently positioning Avaya Infinity's differentiated value against market competitorsRepresent Avaya's technical perspective in customer Q&A sessions and security review callsOwn complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-end, design high-performance premise-to-cloud integrations, and drive the technical Mutual Success Plan (MSP) with the AEDesign POC success criteria strictly anchored to measurable customer business outcomes (e.g., agent efficiency, cost reduction)Act as a force multiplier for the broader SC organization by independently authoring and governing centralized Hero Demos and reference architecturesMentor junior SCs, lead internal technical deep-dives, and actively drive the technical close plan alongside Enterprise AEsOperate exclusively in the pre-sales and strategic technical domain.
