[Remote] Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will play a crucial role in the pre and post-sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives to configure and demonstrate products that meet client needs.ResponsibilitiesInterface with executives, senior management, and clients within and outside the organization, serving as a technical resource and providing pre-sales technical and functional support to internal teams and external clients and prospectsPerform live demonstrations of Centerbase platform to relevant stakeholders with personalized modifications while displaying the value the system providesManage and set customers’ expectations during the software buying cycleProvide direction and knowledge in applying Centerbase Software benefits to law firm partners, timekeepers, accountants, and firm adminsCollaborate with and support Account Executives during the sales process, including planning calls, technical demonstrations, product related deep-dives, implementation overviews, and moreAnswer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners and colleagues; build working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against themRecord data from customer facing calls to provide insights on trends in the marketWork with product management to provide feedback about requested product enhancements from customers and prospectsStay up to date on both current Centerbase platform functionality and features from the wider legal tech landscapeShare with other Solutions Consultants best practices and create re-usable assets to improve the quality and efficiency of the teamMaintain data quality on demo site to provide clean views and ensure top-level performance on live demonstrationsSupport events and customer activities including conferences, online communities, and trade showsSkillsBachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field4 or more years' related experience with complex software applications including requirements analysis, design, and documentation is a plusAbility to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into elegant written, spoken and visual communicationsAbility to facilitate discussions, lead meetings and present to large, cross-functional groupsProven success in contributing to team-oriented environmentsProven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problemsAbility to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departmentsDemonstrable “do whatever it takes” attitude to get the job doneDemonstrable ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environmentBackground in law firm business practices and workflows is a plus but not requiredUnderstanding of accounting and billing practices is also a plus but not requiredBenefitsFlexible PTO2 Company-Wide Mental Health DaysParental Leave Programs401(k) with Company MatchBroad Equity ParticipationCompany OverviewCenterbase is a customizable, cloud-based legal practice management software solution for mid-sized firms.
