CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Management in supporting the sales process by addressing client needs related to their software. This role includes delivering product presentations, conducting demonstrations, and formulating tailored business solutions for clients.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a remote home office, including internet speed capable of supporting daily work and remote demonstrationsManage provided demonstration systems and hardware with current software versions and appropriate demo dataDeliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations using scenario-based scripts and advanced techniquesUnderstand client business needs and processes to tailor solutions using CentralSquare productsCollaborate with sales teams to support the sale of assigned products and services to key accountsDemonstrate end-user and administrative knowledge of products including 911, CAD, Mobile, RMS, JMS, and add-onsContribute product content for proposals and respond to RFPs using CentralSquare tools and resourcesAssist in developing sales strategies, plans, and product presentationsEvaluate client systems and processes to craft effective presentation contentIdentify and resolve issues within the product sales process, including presentation content and deliveryMaintain current product knowledge and a network of industry contactsParticipate in conferences and trade shows to promote CentralSquare solutionsSeek mentorship and feedback to continuously improve presentation skills, product knowledge, and sales techniquesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience3-5 years of pre-sales engineering experience in the Public Sector or Public Safety industry preferred3 years' direct experience with CentralSquare Public Safety products as a user or administrator highly recommendedStrong verbal and written communication skills are suitable for executive-level audiencesProficiency in delivering presentations and demonstrations to large groupsAnalytical skills to assess client needs and requirementsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience using advanced audio-visual tools for product demonstrationsTravel 75-80% of the timeAbility to lift 50 poundsAccess to a major credit card to support travel requirementsCompany OverviewCentralSquare Technologies is the trusted provider of public sector software in North America.
