The role involves managing technical activities with customers and partners, supporting the growth of Adobe Document Cloud solutions, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their prioritized executive business challengesConduct compelling and factual Document Cloud product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities within an enterprise businessAcquire a detailed understanding of cloud-based solutions to deliver mentorship and support, alongside other 3rd party softwarePartner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementationSkillsAt least one year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative roleValidated experience working in the enterprise softwareStrong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and virtuallyAbility to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and conciselyTravel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips.
