The Solutions Analyst will deliver data visualizations and analysis to help school district leaders make informed decisions and monitor performance growth.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the impact of our services across districts to discover insights that tell the story of our impact, what leads to repeatable results, and what indicates when outcomes are at riskDevelop innovative reporting and story-telling approaches to address business problems and solutionsCreate clear and simple data visualizations, tables, and dashboards using business intelligence tools for tracking metrics, prototyping GroweLab reports, and sharing insights with stakeholdersUse modern reporting tools to streamline and automate manual, repetitive reporting processes, bringing new insights to leaders in an interactive and timely mannerMake recommendations surrounding which data points to analyze and monitor depending on the project goalsDevelop ad-hoc reporting in support of business processes and data-driven decision makingCoordinate inputs from multiple sources, synthesize data/information and create qualitative commentary capturing key messagesUse data modeling, prototyping, statistics, data mining, scenario analysis to collect, explore, and extract insights and summarize them in concise reportsPrepare data for analysis by inspecting, cleansing, and performing transformation as necessarySupport data integrity by providing quality assurance and performing user acceptance testing on platform reports and associated data, to ensure they are complete, consistent, and provide accurate dataDevelop and administer surveys for the purposes of data collection on e2L productsAct as a 'Data Translator' to communicate and understand the value of analytical workOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or closely related field3+ years of data/reporting technical experienceAnalytical skills for examining data sets thoroughly and accuratelyAble to simplify complex insights for audiences without a technical backgroundSkills to work in a data environment with a high-level of ambiguitySkills that demonstrate best-in-the-class proficiency in data visualization techniquesSkills to experiment, learn, persist through setbacks and solve difficult problems with a methodical approachSkills to expand beyond descriptive analytics to drive more data derived insights through use of tools/platforms such as QuickSight, HubSpot dashboardsDemonstrated skills to influence and communicate (written and in person) at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple projects with varying milestones and deadlinesA Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is requiredBackground check and drug screening will be requiredProject Management experience a plusExperience partnering with IT, preferredSpecial consideration will be given to candidates with a proficiency in data analysis languages (i.e. SQL, Python)Benefits401K, Health Insurance plan benefits offered.Full-time employees receive 6 weeks of PTO per year.Company Overviewengage2learn is an educational organization that offers virtual coaching and personalized learning services.
