As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales and customers to align the product with customer goals, demonstrating product value through tailored solutions and presentations.ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver tailored, high-impact demos and presentations that map products – including our AI tools – to specific persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomesPartner with sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies for new and existing productsBuild and maintain core GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards/competitor intelligence) to ensure consistent product positioning aligned with company strategyAnalyze GTM performance (consistency of product messaging, win/loss trends, engagement) to derive strategic insights and drive targeted improvementsEnable sales through product training and hands-on deal support, reinforcing best practices in messaging, persona targeting, and overall deal strategySkills3-5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or have strong product backgroundBachelors degree in relevant field of study, MBA from a top-tier program is a plusStrong expertise in PowerPoint, including ability to create highly polished, structured, and visually engaging presentationsExcellent communication & storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesSpanish language proficiency is required: you will engage directly with Spanish-speaking customers and markets, including leading calls and presentations to large audiences in SpanishCan understand and communicate complex ideas: you should be tech-savvy as you'll be expected to understand nuanced aspects of the product and be able to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward wayLearn quickly and apply an entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively identify opportunities and drive innovative solutions, particularly as we launch new products and featuresAre a business presentation expert: you have a proven ability to create engaging, consulting-grade business presentations that tell a compelling storyHave strong client-facing skills and think commercially: you should be comfortable at presenting in front of audiences and skilled at incorporating a value perspectiveAre outcome oriented: we strive for the best results, and we value outcomesBilingual (Spanish + English) and have experience working with global teamsBenefitsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)Company Overviewthink-cell is the world’s leading productivity software for creating data-driven business presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, helping users create best-in-class slides.
