[Remote] Solution Account Manager - AI Revenue Management

The Solution Account Manager plays a key role in connecting customers with the platform, recommending strategies to optimize performance and increase portfolio yields by collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesNavigate customer business scenarios to consult on asset strategy and configure AI Revenue Management accordinglyArticulate the AI revenue management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across client organizationsBuild and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staffConduct regular performance analysis regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions, and present results to leadershipAnswer modeling-related questions and provide thoughtful feedback to customersConsult with customers on parameter configurations and make recommendations for necessary changesEfficiently participate in multiple projects and use Salesforce to track and update project stepsMaintain a working knowledge of the integration with each Property Management SystemIdentify opportunities for adoption and expansion of RealPage productsProvide input and feedback, from a business userβs perspective to the RealPage product group, on solutions features and functionalityCoordinate with other RealPage teams as needed to facilitate timely implementation and overall client success with an emphasis on the other pillar products that support AI Revenue ManagementPrepare and deliver in person and virtual solution reviewsWork alongside Customer Success Managers to parter on creating client outcomesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industryDisplays business acumen and understanding of organizational agilityExperience using Microsoft office products; Microsoft Excel, Power Point and WordExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence othersStrong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with RealPage products or other property management softwareAbility to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous dynamic environmentAbility to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workloadDemonstrated ability to proactively assess and address riskAnalytical background and ability to learn new systems quicklyFamiliarity with RealPage products or other property management softwareExperience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executivesDemonstrated ability to understand and advise on the impact of all facets of operations that can impact revenue performanceFamiliarity with RealPage products including but not limited to: OneSite Leasing and Rents, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Analytics, Flex Marketing, ILM and Leasing Analytics, AI Screening, Amenity Optimization5 years of experience in revenue managementWorking knowledge of multiple RealPage products or other property management softwareExperience mentoring or training othersExperience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executivesBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Performance-based bonus based on position.Company OverviewRealPage is the leading global provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry.
