[Remote] Solar Asset Project Manager

The Solar Asset Project Manager will lead field projects across an operating solar portfolio, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and contractor management from initiation through closeout.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safe execution, budget adherence, and schedule complianceReview project intake documentation and technical requirements to validate scope and establish execution plansDevelop project schedules, scopes of work, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate project activities with Asset Management, Engineering, Customer Care, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external contractorsManage site logistics, contractor mobilization, access requirements, and field execution activitiesLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersOversee contractor procurement efforts, including bid evaluations, scope alignment, and vendor performance managementReview and manage change orders, project risks, and schedule impacts throughout executionEnsure compliance with all health, safety, security, and environmental requirementsConduct site visits and support field teams in resolving technical and operational challengesMonitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost performanceManage project documentation, closeout requirements, and turnover back to Asset ManagementSkills5+ years of project management experience within solar, energy, construction, or industrial environmentsExperience managing field-executed projects involving multiple stakeholders and contractorsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor management, and site logisticsDemonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget simultaneouslyAbility to make effective decisions in fast-paced and evolving project environmentsWillingness to travel up to 20% to support active project sitesCompany OverviewPeak Demand is enabling the Renewable Energy revolution that takes world-class teams to create massive change.
