Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team to build well-architected web and mobile apps.
• Guide team through research, design, implementation, and delivery.
• Influence technical direction for cross-functional teams.
• Write code samples and prototypes to support implementation.
• Promote modern technical standards and best practices.
• Encourage quality code and effective communication within the team.
• Maintain communication with local and remote partners on project statuses.
• Support team members' performance with feedback and development goals.
• Hire and train new engineering talent.
• Collaborate with designers and business leaders to enhance user experiences.
• Engage with customers to refine workflows and address challenges.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Vue, React).
• Experience with backend services using Java, Python, or Node.
• Familiarity with AI tools for improving code quality.
• Strong track record in designing and developing scalable applications.
• Knowledge of web development best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cooperatively.
• Passion for building innovative productivity solutions.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with scalable content management systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and static code analysis tools.
• Experience managing AWS deployments and services.
