Guide the team in making strong architectural decisions and maintaining technical excellenceDrive execution of key initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with Function’s strategic goals and creating systems that scale as we growPartner with product, design, and operations teams to align engineering outcomes with member experience and business priorities. Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholdersEstablish engineering practices that support high velocity without compromising quality.
