[Remote] Software Engineer, Product

They are seeking a Software Engineer (Product) to help design, build, and scale systems that enhance member and clinical experiences.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and clinicians to turn product requirements into clear technical plansOwn end-to-end delivery of features and services: design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iterationDesign and implement APIs, data models, and integrations supporting your core domain (member journeys, clinical workflows, care coordination)Contribute to evolving our architecture so teams can build new experiences quickly without re-inventing the wheelBuild with reliability and performance in mind: help define graceful failure modes, timeouts, and efficient queriesParticipate in design reviews and RFCs, bringing a pragmatic, product-focused perspectiveWrite well-tested code with meaningful unit tests and integration testsInstrument features with high-quality analytics in Mixpanel, using consistent events and properties across productsHelp maintain dashboards and alerts that reflect real user outcomesContribute to and uphold engineering standards: coding conventions, design patterns, documentation practicesGive thoughtful and constructive code reviewsSkills4+ years of professional software engineering experience building product experiences in production environmentsTrack record of owning and shipping features or projects in a modern web stackExperience collaborating closely with product and design on user-facing featuresComfortable working in evolving domains and complex making tradeoffsStrong full-stack skills: you can design an API and schema, implement backend logic, and build the UI that consumes itProficiency with TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (ideally React)Experience with at least one cloud provider and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)Solid instincts for systems design basics: reliability, performance, and securityComfortable debugging across the stack: logs, traces, metrics, and dataTake ownership of your work end to end and follow through on detailsCommunicate clearly in writing and in meetings, tailored to your audienceComfortable working with clinicians, operations, and other non-technical partnersOpen to feedback and invested in helping the team continuously improveExperience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated domains (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2, etc.)Exposure to EHRs, Wearables Integrations, or other health data platformsBenefitsExcellent health and wellness benefits, 100% paid by Atria effective date of hireOneMedical membership for employees & dependents giving access to 24/7 virtual careFertility & family planningCompany-covered preventive health screenings through partner hospitals (Calcium score)Fitness Perks including Wellhub +401k contributions and 4% match starting after 6 monthsFlexible Time OffContinuing medical education (CME) and CEU support for professional licensureTime to give back and make an impact in underserved communitiesCompany OverviewThe Atria Health and Research Institute is pioneering a precision-based approach to preventive medicine and longevity.
