Intellect Solutions LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their ETSU Core Services Team, which focuses on developing and maintaining secure enterprise applications for the FBI. This role involves working throughout the full development lifecycle in an Agile environment, emphasizing cloud-native solutions and user-friendly interfaces.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications across the full SDLCArchitect and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB)Develop intuitive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and modern web technologiesManage version control and CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket, Jira, and automated testing toolsTranslate stakeholder and business requirements into robust technical solutionsConduct comprehensive unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and security complianceSupport continuous improvement by implementing system patches, updates, and performance enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct architecture reviews and align technical solutions with strategic goalsProvide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the teamParticipate in Agile ceremonies and prioritize backlog items in alignment with business needsOffer training and mentorship to other team members as neededSkills3–5 years of experience in enterprise-level software engineering rolesProficiency in AWS cloud technologies (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB)Experience with front-end frameworks such as React for creating responsive user interfacesStrong understanding of CI/CD practices and Agile development within a SAFe frameworkFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira) for version control and workflow managementCompany OverviewIntellect Solutions LLC delivers comprehensive IV&V, network engineering/design, security engineering, information assurance services and support to the organizations within the government, and commercial clients.
