They are seeking a Software Engineer in Test to validate data-driven products that support oncology and life sciences initiatives, focusing on testing and quality validation of data and analytics products.ResponsibilitiesSupport testing and quality validation of data and analytics products used across healthcare, oncology, and life sciences environmentsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for data pipelines, BI reporting, dashboards, and database-driven applicationsValidate data movement and transformation processes across Snowflake, SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and related cloud/data warehouse technologiesCreate and execute automated and manual test plans to verify data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and performancePartner with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory expectationsReview and test reports, dashboards, and data extracts used to support provider, payer, and life sciences use casesPerform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot data quality issues across internal and external healthcare data sourcesContribute to release readiness by preparing test artifacts, validating release candidates, and supporting deployments across test and production environmentsEnsure data validation processes align with enterprise standards for security, recoverability, and reliabilityWork in Agile delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid teams to support iterative development and continuous improvementSkillsRequired experience in pharma, life sciences, oncology, clinical data, or oncology EMR/PM environmentsHands-on experience with Snowflake and data migration or modern data platform initiativesStrong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence and data validation toolsExperience designing and executing automated data quality, validation, and verification processesUnderstanding of dependencies across complex healthcare and life sciences data sets and how they impact reporting and analyticsExperience supporting testing for data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions in regulated or high-complexity environmentsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholdersExposure to healthcare data domains such as EHR, payer, lab, specialty pharmacy, or real-world data is strongly preferredPython experience is a plus, or willingness to learnBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance beginning the 1st of the month following your date of hirePaid Time Off401k with employer matchPaid Holidays and Floating HolidayCompany OverviewIntegra Connect is a healthcare technology company focusing on specialty care data, insights from powerful AI, and analytics solutions.
