They are seeking a Software Engineer for the Experience Platform team to build and evolve a unified platform experience, focusing on user authentication and self-service capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement secure, scalable features for the Paxos Dashboard, focusing on user authentication, RBAC, and governance flowsBuild and maintain API services that power critical dashboard functionality using languages like Golang, Java, Python, or KotlinCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration between front-end interfaces and backend servicesCreate and maintain shared libraries and components that ensure consistency across Paxos servicesImplement robust monitoring and observability solutions using tools like DatadogDrive technical decisions and architectural improvements that enhance platform reliability and securityParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior team membersSkills3+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications and servicesStrong proficiency in at least one of: Golang, Java, Python, or KotlinExperience with cloud-native infrastructure and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS servicesTrack record of designing and implementing IAM, RBAC systems, or identity management solutionsExpertise in API design and development, with a focus on security and scalabilityStrong understanding of authentication and authorization protocolsExcellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across teams and functionsDemonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you workCompany OverviewPaxos is a regulated financial institution building infrastructure to enable movement between physical and digital assets.
