Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Software Engineer (Automation) to design, deliver, and deploy automation solutions primarily using UiPath development platforms. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and the automation team to create solutions, troubleshoot applications, and ensure data quality throughout the development process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath OrchestratorParticipate in scoping and feasibility assessments of automation opportunitiesWrite application and database code based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and established coding standardsParticipate in the review of business epics and storiesValidate code against business and architectural requirementsCreate and test prototypesPerform application unit testingParticipate in peer code & test reviewsTroubleshoot applications and resolve defectsWork within an agile frameworkPrioritize and execute tasksCommunicate ideas in both technical and user friendly languageUpdate and maintain product documentationEscalate issues and impediments in a timely mannerWork within established framework and processesProvide constructive feedback to team members at all levels of the organizationDevelop, Contribute and adhere to the development of standards and sound procedural practicesProactively communicate innovative ideas, solutions, and capabilities over and above the specific task requestEffectively communicate status, workloads, offers to assist other areasCollaboratively work with a team and independently.
