As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for driving initiatives, solving problems, and working on business-critical projects using cutting-edge technologies.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and product stakeholders to collect requirements and design, develop, test/debug, document, and support software applicationsLeverage generative AI–assisted development tools to accelerate research, coding, debugging, documentation, and testing, while maintaining high standards of code qualitySupport integration efforts by working across APIs, data sources, and external systems to ensure seamless, secure, and well‑structured interactions within the broader ecosystemCollaborate in a team environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvementStay up to date with the latest advancements in software development languages, patterns, architectures, and generative AI codingSkills4+ Years' experience in software, web, or application developmentBachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experienceStrong C# and .NET experience building services and integrationsAPI Development (RESTful, GraphQL, .Net Web API)Front-End Experience (Modern Angular, React, or Vue)Hands‑on Azure experience deploying and running appsExperience integrating applications with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) using SDKs or frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar to ship real featuresAbility to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partnersCommunicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingPassionate about continuous learning, especially around LLMs and AI toolsExperience with client-side SPA developmentWorking understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ TypeScriptExperience in developing unit testsStrong problem-solving skillsFull-Stack software development experience preferred and experience building robust distributed systems that scale wellExposure to Anthropic Claude and interest in applying it to customer experiencesExposure to Google Gemini and interest in evaluating it for real‑world useExperience using Braze for personalized customer journeysExperience using Segment for event tracking and customer dataBenefitsWork From Home.
