[Remote] Software Acceleration Associate (Entry Level Sales) - Syracuse, New York

They are seeking an entry-level Software Acceleration Associate to participate in a 6-month program designed to develop sales skills and prepare candidates for roles in Software Account Management. Responsibilities Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework Skills 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required) Associate's degree or equivalent experience Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations A growth mindset and strong coachability Ability to travel less than 5% of the time (should live local to the city on the job posting) Must be 18 years of age or older Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision plans, plus a wellness program with added incentives 401(k) savings plan with company match and employee stock purchase plan Continuing education benefits with tuition assistance programs Paid time off including holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and year-end close Company Overview Thryv Inc.
