Remote Social Worker - BSW/MSW/LCSW - Flexible Schedule
Position: Social Worker (BSW/MSW)
Location: Hybrid-Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule: Full Time Flexible hours, will consider PT inquires
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and licensure
Are you a compassionate, dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our nations heroes? We're seeking a BSW or MSW social worker to join our team in a hybrid remote role that puts your flexibility, expertise, and well-being first.
About the Role:
As a remote social worker, you will:
• Provide support to clients via video, phone, and secure platforms
• Conduct mood, cognition, behavioral, Trauma informed care and psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to coordinate resources and referrals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
• Support diverse populations, including individuals navigating challenges related to mental health, changes in living environment, aging, disability and other Veteran specific challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
• BSW or MSW from an accredited program
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth and digital platforms
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive remote team
• LSW/LMSW/LCSW licensure is a plus
