Documenting patient interactions and maintaining accurate records
Meeting daily productivity goals and demonstrating excellent time management and organization skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Strong computer technology skills, including EMR experience and ability to navigate multiple software applications
Time management, organization, and placement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
