Remote Social Worker - MI
A contracted social worker position is available to provide telehealth services within a K-12 educational setting. This role is designed to support students across grades with mental health, social, and emotional needs through remote counseling and intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Deliver telehealth social work services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
ā¢ Assess and address student social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in collaboration with educators and families.
ā¢ Develop individualized support plans to improve student well-being and academic performance.
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality while documenting service delivery and progress according to regulatory standards.

Desired Qualifications:
