They are looking for a full-time Social Media Video Editor to produce engaging short-form videos that drive bookings and attention for their practice portfolio using a modern, AI-assisted workflow.ResponsibilitiesEdit 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week across multiple practice brandsBuild strong hooks, clean captions, sharp pacing, and sound design that hold attention and drive bookingsEdit before-and-after content with care for tasteful framing, patient consent, and platform compliance, so the work performs and survives Meta and TikTok reviewStay on-brand across distinct practice style systems, including fonts, color, and tone of voiceRepurpose long-form footage such as consults, webinars, and podcasts into packs of short clipsUse AI tools to compress turnaround time while keeping output original and high qualityCollaborate async with our social, content, and design teams, taking a brief and revision notes without heavy oversightSkillsA short-form portfolio that proves your hooks, pacing, and captioningGenuine speed.
