[Remote] Social Media Strategist (Growth & Viral Content)

They are seeking a Social Media Growth Strategist to drive their social media presence and engagement through AI and automation, while executing high-velocity content experiments and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Build and Execute Social Growth Strategy
ā¢ Execute high-velocity growth hacker tactics daily:
ā¢ Alt-account seeding & community infiltration ā run anonymous trader alts to spark conversations and drive organic reach
ā¢ AI-powered trend-jacking ā monitor trending topics in real time and auto-generate + deploy responses in minutes
ā¢ Viral format cloning + rapid A/B testing ā spot winning formats, spin 50 variations with AI, kill losers fast, and scale winners
ā¢ Shadow referral loops ā create shareable challenges and templates that auto-spread via user tagging and results
ā¢ Micro-influencer + alt-account collabs ā use alts to identify and close 50+ weekly creator deals for shoutouts and access
ā¢ Turn every piece of content into acquisition using AI for ideation, production, scheduling, distribution, and analytics
ā¢ Own initiatives end-to-end: propose, build, launch, measure, and iterate ā all with heavy AI and automation
ā¢ Track and hit clear KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, and trader conversion
ā¢ Develop and test multiple content formats across platforms (short-form video, threads, memes, charts, educational content, etc.)
ā¢ Rapidly iterate based on performance signals
ā¢ Identify repeatable viral content formats and scale them
ā¢ Track conversations across trading communities (X, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, etc.)
ā¢ Identify opportunities for Tradeify to participate in relevant cultural and trading conversations
ā¢ Stay ahead of platform trends, features, and algorithm changes
ā¢ Propose new social growth initiatives, campaigns, and experiments
ā¢ Take full ownership of ideas from concept through execution and launch
ā¢ Measure results, iterate quickly, and scale what works
ā¢ Develop repeatable workflows for content ideation, production, and distribution
ā¢ Experiment with tools and automation to increase content velocity
ā¢ Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ship high-impact creative
ā¢ Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion
ā¢ Analyze performance to extract insights and improve future campaigns
ā¢ Share learnings and recommendations with the broader marketing team
Skills
ā¢ 3ā6+ years managing or growing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or creator
ā¢ Demonstrated experience growing social accounts significantly (followers, engagement, or reach)
ā¢ Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
ā¢ Experience growing fintech, trading, or crypto audiences
ā¢ Experience scaling accounts past 100K+ or 500K+ followers
ā¢ Experience building AI-driven or agentic workflows for content creation, research, or distribution
ā¢ Experience working with creators, influencers, or trading communities
