[Remote] Social Media Specialist & Creator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crew Marketing Partners is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Creator to support their US-based clients. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating content, and managing relationships with influencers while contributing to the strategic direction of multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing social media strategies aligned with brand voice, business goals, audience insights, and U.S. market dynamicsCreate content directly, including copy, short-form video, and social-first creative assets tailored for food, beverage and CPGDevelop clear, data-informed creative briefsIdeate trend-forward content and support short-form video creation (ie Reels, CapCut)Publish and manage content calendarsMonitor timelines and ensure on-time deliverySupport paid amplification (Meta, TikTok)Engage with audiences across platformsDeliver performance reports with actionable insightsIdentify trends, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations across channelsCollaborate with internal teams to improve resultsBuild and manage relationships with U.S.-based influencers and content creators, including outreach, briefing, feedback, approvals, and campaign coordinationEnsure influencer and creator content aligns with brand standards, campaign goals, U.S. audience expectations, and platform best practicesSupport influencer campaigns and community managementSkills3+ years in social media, content marketing, or a related fieldExperience developing strategy and managing multi-channel brand accounts in the U.S. marketStrong hands-on content creation skills (copy, video, and/or design)Ability to translate insights and trends into strategic content recommendationsFamiliarity with social toolsStrong knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads ManagerAbility to analyze performance and optimizeExperience working with U.S.-based influencers, creators, or UGC partners (bonus if within foodservice and/or consumer goods)Independent and highly organizedStrategic but hands-on, with the ability to both plan and produceDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projectsComfortable working remotely but located in the continental U.SUp to date with trends, platform changes, and creator best practicesCollaborative, low ego, and results-drivenConfident managing influencer, creator, and client relationshipsFlexible but responds in a timely mannerCompany OverviewWe unite strategy and creative to help brands show up with a pulse.
