In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies, manage relationships with agencies, and oversee content creation to enhance brand engagement and storytelling across platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and lead comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand engagement and achieve business objectivesLead social storytelling around lifestyle, collaborations, and cultural moments to expand HOKA’s presence beyond performance runningDirectly manage relationships with agencies and vendors to set objectives, scope work, and manage performance in line with brand goalsLead the development of clear, insight-driven content briefs that align business objectives, audience insights, and platform-native creative directionPartner with influencer marketing to identify creators, tastemakers, and emerging cultural trends that can shape social storytellingHelp shape the visual and editorial direction of lifestyle social content for a distinct, elevated, and culturally relevant point of viewOversee and guide social copy development to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms and campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to inform content development strategies based on data insightsResponsible for social agency creative asset development process from concept to completionMeasure and optimize social media campaigns, programs, and tactics, including conducting regular performance reviews with social agencyTranslate data into actionable insights to refine content strategy and maximize brand impactProvide guidance and oversight to direct report(s) to ensure projects are executed accurately and on scheduleIdentify industry insights and trends to define and refine channel approachSkills7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing, ideally at a consumer and/or lifestyle brandProven track record of growing large-scale social communities and leading culturally resonant brand storytellingThrive in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactivelyPassionate about the future of social media, cultural trends, and shifting audience behaviorsNot interested in just following trends – you want to create themDeep understanding of social-first trends and platform nuancesHighly motivated, collaborative, and a driven self-starterExcellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skillsProven track record in effective process, project, budget, and team managementExperience working effectively in complex global organizations with diverse constituentsBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceExpert in Microsoft Office; experience using Dash Social or other social media management platforms and toolsExperience in social media copywritingAbility to fearlessly problem solve and provide solutionsAbility to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, agencies, and other employeesAbility to use independent judgment while navigating strict deadlines without compromising work qualityAbility to travel for work-related eventsKnowledge of Adobe is a plusPassion and interest in footwear and/or an active lifestyle is a plusBenefitsCompetitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
