They are seeking a Social Media Manager who will manage content across various social media platforms, engage with communities, and track performance metrics to optimize client social programs.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute content calendars across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X, and PinterestTrack performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis, highlighting top-performing content and proactively flagging low-performing postsUtilize social measurement and scheduling tools at an intermediate level — including Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social, and social listening platformsUnderstand how KPIs are calculated, what they mean, and what they measure; contribute to client reporting with performance insights and observationsIdentify trends from platforms and competitors by proactively following and tracking both; flag relevant opportunities to the Social Strategist or Senior StrategistExplore user comments, questions, and UGC for inspiration and audience insights; support community management across active brand accountsDemonstrate a deep understanding of brand followers and their communities, applying that knowledge to content recommendationsTransform content ideas and briefs from Social Strategists into coherent outlines, copy, and platform-ready posts with minimal supervisionWrite captions and short-form copy that match a predefined tone of voice and platform best practicesEnsure all published content meets accessibility standards (alt text, readable text overlays, sound-off design)Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions based on industry trends, competitor activity, and community feedbackConfidently communicate with creative and account teams to align on needs, flag blockers, and ensure timely deliveryFlag posts that need updates due to platform changes and escalate issues appropriatelySkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in an agency settingExperience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar)Experience writing social copy and managing content calendarsFamiliarity with community management practicesBasic understanding of social analytics and reportingSolid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X, and PinterestStrong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brandsHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accountsProactive communicator — flags delays, asks clarifying questions, and anticipates next stepsAbility to receive and apply feedback quicklyCollaborative team player who works well with strategists, designers, and content creatorsCuriosity and enthusiasm for social media culture, trends, and platform innovationExperience with short-form video content and platform-native tools is a plusBonus points if you're bilingual in Spanish and/or PortugueseBenefitsCompetitive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insuranceA flexible spending accountVoluntary life and accident plansA 401(k) retirement plan with matchingCompany OverviewMindgruve is a modern media, commerce, and data technology company.
