Responsibilities Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook Produce high-quality, on-brand assets (short-form video/Reels/TikToks, photography, and copy) that highlight our products, SIREN technology, and founder’s vision Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty and a 'customer-first' culture Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities to keep U Beauty at the forefront of the conversation Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to optimize future content and strategy Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to support product launches, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships Skills 1–4 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, beauty, or wellness brand A sharp eye for aesthetic Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Ability to translate technical clinical data into digestible, consumer-friendly content Benefits Flexible remote work environment Generous U Beauty product stipend Company Overview U Beauty operates as a science-driven skincare brand.
