They are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions across their brand portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute PracticeTek’s social media strategy across multiple brands, platforms, and audiences to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growthLead social media and community marketing programs, creating innovative content and campaigns that strengthen brand presence and customer engagementBuild and scale a best-in-class influencer and creator marketing program that positions PracticeTek solutions as the preferred choice among leading voices across healthcare specialtiesEstablish scalable systems and processes to identify, recruit, manage, and amplify influencer, creator, and customer-generated contentExecute platform-specific content strategies that align messaging, format, voice, and publishing cadence with audience behavior and engagement trendsDevelop a distinctive and recognizable social brand voice that reflects the innovation, expertise, and leadership of PracticeTek and its portfolio brandsEngage directly with customers, prospects, influencers, and industry communities across social channels to foster authentic relationships and strengthen brand affinityDesign and launch creative campaigns, contests, community activations, and social-first initiatives that increase engagement, lead generation, and market visibilityPartner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other business units, to amplify product launches, company initiatives, and strategic priorities through impactful social storytellingMeasure, analyze, and optimize social performance against key business metrics, including engagement, audience growth, MQLs, SQLs, and MRR, while continuously testing new formats, technologies, and AI-powered workflows to improve resultsSkillsBachelor's degree in an applicable discipline5+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creationEffective track record of delivering video content, customer stories, and social proof through social channelsExcellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with leaders and highly intellectual thinkersExperience with Sprout Social is a plusB2B SaaS experience is preferredAsana Project Management experience is a plusBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage optionsWellness benefits that support lifestyle, behavioral health, and overall wellbeingFlexible paid time off, sick time, and 10 company-paid holidays401(k) plan with company match to help you build your futureCulture Committee driving initiatives that spark connection, fun, and belongingThis role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.Company OverviewPracticeTek was established by investors and entrepreneurs who came together with a vision for the future of healthcare.
