They are seeking a hands-on Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and implement an organic social media strategy, manage influencer collaborations, and enhance brand recognition across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy and improve current processes in line with business goalsCreate engaging social programs, both editorial and promotional, with a cohesive point of view and brand voice to grow community and engagementManage content creation, curation and copywriting for daily posts. Apply basic design skills through Adobe and/or CanvaAttend photoshoots and travel when needed to create unique social content and push influencer collaborations. Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand booths across Europe alongside our senior teamOversee day-to-day social media channel management, including scheduling across all platforms, managing community engagement, and responding to DMs. Manage any outsourced help with channel managementDevelop and maintain the social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and TikTokCoordinate asset creation, including copy, statics, infographics and videos for social platforms (organic and paid), in collaboration with the internal creative team and freelancersProduce content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) in partnership with our performance team, helping grow paid content creation in-houseMonitor performance analytics and competitive benchmarking regularly. Understand the effectiveness of strategy and creative. Make recommendations for continuous improvementStay at the forefront of influencer marketing: trends, channel algorithms, platform changes, legal requirements, and shifts in the influencer communityBrainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaignsCreate impactful influencer campaigns. Oversee a team of specialists to audit and outreach to influencers, and negotiate and brief influencers to deliver impactful contentAnalyse data from various sources, identify gaps in the influencer marketing process, and work with the marketing teams to rectify themDeliver influencer strategy objectives and maximise commercial opportunities through clear analysis and reportingSkills3+ years hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brandAlignment with our company's 5 core values: Passionate, Entrepreneurial, Smart, Collaborative and CaringGrowth mindset. You ship daily, test fast, kill what doesn't work, and don't wait for permissionProven track record growing branded social channels at scale (named examples, specific outcomes)Experience creating content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok). We want to scale paid content production in-houseKnowledge of current influencer rates, contract norms, and FTC/ASA disclosure rulesSolid understanding of social and content performance metrics (and what's vanity vs commercial)Strong written and verbal English. Creative copy instinctExperience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut or basic video editing toolsStoryteller by nature. You think in hooks, formats, and emotional triggersCollaborative but able to ship independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBackground in luxury, fashion, beauty, or eyewear consumer brandsExperience working in a global, multi-market e-commerce environmentTrack record growing TikTok and short-form video specificallyRunning paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)BenefitsExposure to founders & C-level.
