[Remote] Social Media & Influencer Manager

The Sage Group's Client is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to enhance their social media presence and develop an influencer program. This role involves crafting content strategies, managing partnerships, and optimizing social media performance across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Manage day-to-day execution of social media calendar and audience engagementDevelop social plans for major product launches, events, and initiativesOwn the LinkedIn newsletter as a key owned-media channelLead a comprehensive influencer strategy:Lead an employee advocacy program that activates employees as authentic brand ambassadorsManage creator partnerships and external content collaborationsPartner with executives to develop their thought leadership presence on socialCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships with industry voices and analysts to amplify brand credibilityPartner with cross-functional teams to identify social opportunities, including product marketing, campaigns, events, content, and creative teamsTrack, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy and demonstrate impactStay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging channelsSkills5+ years experience managing social media or influencer marketingDeep working knowledge of social best practices across popular social media platformsExperience building or scaling influencer/advocacy programs from the ground upExceptional writing skills and ability to craft compelling posts/campaigns for complex productsProficiency with tools, such as Figma, Photoshop, and CanvaStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills — with executives, creators, and external partnersData-driven mindset with fluency in social analytics toolsAbility to adapt and flex as priorities evolve.
