They are seeking a Social Media Content Specialist who will be responsible for moderating and responding to comments, writing engaging content, and ensuring online communities align with client guidelines.ResponsibilitiesModerating and responding to comments across our clients' social channels using their unique brand voiceWriting thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagementEnsuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelinesEscalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when neededBecoming a true extension of our clients’ brands - understanding their strategy, tone, and audienceSkillsStrong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English with strong cultural awarenessExperience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engagingAbility to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiencesFamiliarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)Military/veteran experience, or relevant knowledgeStrong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instinctsAccess to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote workFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsBenefitsSick and safe timeFlexible time off (paid time off like vacation)A range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)U.S employees need to work a minimum of 21 hours per week or more for benefits and flexible time offCompany OverviewICUC is a social media management services company delivering content moderation, community management, strategy, and social listening services.
