Key Responsibilities • Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, against established community guidelines and policies. • Make consistent and accurate decisions on content moderation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Identify and escalate complex or high-priority content issues to specialized teams when necessary. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content moderation guidelines and training materials. • Stay updated on evolving content trends, platform changes, and policy updates. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive content. • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive moderation strategy. Required Skills • Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field. • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to make sound judgments quickly and consistently under pressure. • High level of empathy and emotional resilience when exposed to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. • Proficiency in using content moderation tools and platforms. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup suitable for remote work. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
