[Remote] Social Media and Influencer Manager

Eleventh Hour Games is a fast growing studio focused on top-down action RPGs, and they are seeking a passionate and highly organized Social Media and Influencer Manager. This role will focus on developing social strategies, managing creator relationships, and supporting marketing and community campaigns to enhance the social media presence of their game, Last Epoch.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Bluesky, Tik Tok, YouTube, and other emerging channelsPlan, schedule, and publish social media content, supporting seasonal releases, campaigns, live updates, and community initiativesCollaborate with marketing, publishing, community, and creative teams to support go to market campaigns and eventsBuild and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, content creators, brand ambassadors, and agenciesTrack, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performanceCreate engaging social media content and associated written social media copyStay up to date with social media trends, updates, and creator programsIdentify new opportunities that align with Last Epoch’s audience and core valuesProactive approach to engage with players, cultivate positive relationships, and build brand trust with our communitySkills4+ years of experience managing large scale social media channelsStrong understanding of gaming culture, ARPG players and communities, creator platforms, and social media trendsExperience managing influencer campaigns across multiple platformsPrior experience running community based social and influencer campaignsFamiliarity with social publishing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt to each channel specific audienceHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with tight deadlineExperience with Twitch Drop campaigns and creator reward programsExperience with asset management, video editing, and template managementBenefitsReasonable Accommodation KRAFTON Americas is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
