They are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to lead their social media presence and support various marketing initiatives including content creation and internal communications.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the company social media calendar across all platformsDevelop and execute social media strategies that increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growthCreate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written postsManage and optimize company presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platformsMonitor social media trends and identify opportunities for audience engagementTrack performance metrics and provide monthly reporting and insightsSupport lead generation, recruiting, and brand-building initiatives through social mediaWrite and publish two blogs per monthCreate social media copy, graphics, videos, and other digital contentDevelop thought leadership content that supports company expertise and credibilitySupport BCBA recruiting campaigns and family education initiativesAssist with video production and editingCreate and manage external newsletters and e-mail communicationsUpdate website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messagingPublish blogs and manage website content updatesAdd and maintain event informationSupport the creation and optimization of landing pagesIdentify opportunities to improve website content and user experienceCreate and manage the companyโs internal newsletterSupport employee communications and engagement initiativesHelp promote company programs, events, and organizational updatesAssist with planning and executing marketing campaignsCreate marketing collateral, including flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and recruitment materialsSupport referral development and talent acquisition marketing initiativesPartner with regional teams and departments to fulfill marketing requestsTrack and analyze social media and content marketing KPIsMonitor website traffic and engagement generated through social channelsPrepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvementUse data to optimize content, engagement, and lead-generation effortsEnsure all content and communications comply with HIPAA requirementsMaintain brand consistency across all channels and materialsFollow established review, approval, and compliance processesSkillsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field or 3โ5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketingExperience managing multiple social media platforms for a brand or organizationExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Experience with Canva and basic graphic designExperience developing and managing content calendarsKnowledge of social media strategy, audience growth, and engagement best practicesExperience with video creation and editingHealthcare, behavioral health, or healthcare services marketing experience a plusExperience supporting recruiting or employer branding initiativesStrong writing, editing, and content creation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience using social media analytics and reporting toolsCompany OverviewKey Autism Services is providing services to children & adults including program with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related conditions.
