[Remote] Social Media & Affiliate Manager

They are seeking a Social Media & Affiliate Manager who will run their social channels and build an affiliate/influencer engine to scale creator partnerships profitably across Amazon and DTC.ResponsibilitiesRun our social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, [others]) as a testing ground, not a brand museumâprioritizing formats and hooks that drive measurable downstream actionBuild and maintain a content testing calendar: clear hypotheses, variants, and success metrics for hooks, formats, offers, and CTAsPartner with creative to produce high-volume, performance-oriented content (UGC, short-form video, founder/POV content) rather than a handful of polished hero assetsIdentify winning organic content and flag it for paid amplification and creator briefsBuild, run, and scale our affiliate and influencer program from sourcing through negotiation, briefing, activation, and renewalRecruit creators across tiers (nano to mid-tier and up) with an emphasis on conversion efficiency, not just follower countManage affiliate platforms and links (e.g., Amazon Associates / Influencer Program, [LTK, ShareASale, Impact, Levanta, Archer, etc.]) and structure commission and incentive models that stay profitableDevelop creator briefs that give enough direction to stay on-brand while leaving room for the native, authentic content that actually convertsDefine and track the metrics that matter: ROAS/MER on creator spend, CAC by channel, conversion rate, EPC, affiliate revenue, content-attributed sales on both Amazon and DTCRun a structured testing cadenceâdocument what you tested, what you learned, and what you're scaling or cuttingBuild attribution as best you can across the Amazon/DTC split (Amazon Attribution, brand referral bonus, UTM discipline, promo/affiliate codes) and be honest about its limitsReport results in plain language: what moved the number, what didn't, and what's nextSkillsA testing mindset, full stop. You think in hypotheses and experiments. You're comfortable being wrong fast and iterating, and you'd rather ship 20 scrappy tests than 1 perfect campaign3-5 years in social, influencer, affiliate, or growth marketingâideally for a DTC and/or Amazon brandDemonstrable results: you can point to programs or content you grew and the numbers behind themHands-on experience building and managing influencer/affiliate relationships at scaleStrong comfort with analyticsâyou live in dashboards, spreadsheets, and platform reporting, and you can turn data into decisionsSolid creative instincts paired with commercial judgment: you know a scroll-stopping hook when you see AND you ask whether it sellsFamiliarity with the Amazon ecosystem (Brand Registry, Amazon Influencer Program, Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus) is a strong plusExperience with paid social or working closely with a paid media teamBasic video editing / familiarity with content tools (CapCut, etc.)Experience standing up an affiliate program from scratchA network of creators you can tap on day oneCompany OverviewSellerX buys and builds Amazon businesses, helping entrepreneurs realise the next stage of their businesses, and their lives.
