They are seeking a Site IT Support Analyst I to provide direct technical support to employees, manage computer systems, and ensure the security and functionality of IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesResponds to employee questions in person and via phone on all company supported applicationsDetermines source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)Serves as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issuesManages backup, security, and user help systemsConsults with users to assess computing needs and system requirementsPlans, coordinates, and implements security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosureInstalls and tests of new products and improvements to computer systemsTrain users and answer questionsProvides staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problemsDetermines computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter systemDiagnoses hardware and software problems and replaces defective componentsPerforms data backups and disaster recovery operationsMaintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurationsPlans, coordinates, and implements network security measures to protect data, software, and hardwareProvides server support and maintenance; uses various utilities to administer users, printers, and servicesMaintains various records and documentation for department computer systemsSkillsAssociate's Degree in Information Systems or any related fieldMinimum of 2+ years of related IT experienceKnowledge of the functions and operations of computers, commercial computer software, and of local area networks (LANs), including hardware/software installationKnowledge of a variety of hardware, operating systems, and related software used by all departmentsKnowledge of Microsoft Sever 2019 in the Active Directory environmentIn-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Window 10 & 11, AS/400Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365Knowledge of cabling, network hardware, and configurationKnowledge of office equipment to include printers, copiers, and fax machinesAbility to analyze and resolve user needs and problemsAbility to communicate on technical issues with individuals with varying degrees of computer familiarityAbility to instruct others in the use of computerized information systems and softwareAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departmentsPhysical Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objectsPhysical Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movementsPhysical Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight, approximately 50 lbsPhysical Ability to walk long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of timePhysical Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboardMust be willing to work extended periods of time or varying shift hours including some weekendsMust be willing to work evening / nightshiftShould have A+ certification or betterCompany OverviewThe Lear Corporation is a Fortune 500 company with world-class products designed, It was founded in 1917, and is headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
