Position Title: Remote Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)
Location: Burnside, KY
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: 30-38/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
Performing American Sign Language to a High School student
Facilitate communication between deaf/hard-of-hearing and hearing individuals
Interpret spoken language into various forms of sign language and vice versa
Adhere to professional code of ethics and maintain confidentiality
Collaborate with other interpreters and professionals as needed
Adapt interpreting style to match the linguistic needs of clients
Qualifications:
Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) Score: 3.5-4.0 w/written
NIC/RID certified candidate will be considered as well
Bachelor's degree in Sign Language Interpreting preferred and opened to getting out of state license
Fluency in American Sign Language and English
