[Remote] Setup Designer - 8AM-5PM, On Call Afterhours

The Setup Designer plans and manages client set-up programming projects, ensuring specifications are met and collaborating with team members to support existing programs and applications.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for multiple projects across one or multiple clients, ensuring that specifications of all set-up requirements of each project are metAnalyze, interpret and manage client requirements and specifications for labels, strips, signs or any shelf edge media provided in our solutionsManages timelines, monitors progress and assists project team membersDefine business rules based upon data analysis and client requirementsDesign, develop and unit test the visual digital client deliverables for Vestcom client solutionsBuilds and maintains working relationships with internal cross-functional team membersMaintains client relationships and favorable contacts within client accounts when called upon by Client ExperienceProduce highly structured data mappings for use in product compositionProvide support to the Client Experience team as needed for production and client supportResolves client product set-up programming issues/ problemsEnsures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes- Oxley Act 2002 Section 404SkillsMinimum of an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business, Graphic Design or related field with 1-3 years of related experience in the field is requiredProficiency in use of Setup Designer, Illustrator, Photoshop and other applicable software requiredKnowledge and capability with the processes for receiving and handling customer files and creating production-ready proofsAcquire and maintain knowledge of production tolerances (internal and external) and be able to manipulate files to meet these specsSkill in understanding, performing, and applying calculations necessary to complete work and utilize software applications, such as amounts, proportions, percentages, surface area, circumference, quantities, etcHigh degree of visual attention and accuracy skills to read, interpret, apply, and utilize colors, details, font sizes, label sizesSkills in effectively planning and organizing work and managing timeMust have strong analytical, technical writing, and project management skillsAbility to handle client interactions, both internal and external, with tact and decorum at all timesAbility to effectively handle and solve time sensitive problems and situationsMust be able and willing to provide production support in a time sensitive environmentAbility to embody and reflect Vestcom's core valuesCompliance with Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is requiredCompliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and proceduresCompany OverviewVestcom partners with retailers and CPGs to deliver data-driven in-store solutions, in both print and digital form, that streamline operations and boost shopper engagement at the shelf-edge.
